Wanna go to the Movies? The pull up a seat, grab some popcorn, relax and enjoy the show!

WGGTM started off as a simple blog back in 2010. I’ve always loved films but it wasn’t until I saw Christopher Nolan’s ‘Inception’ that I really wanted to write about films. So from then on, Wanna go to the Movies was born. But in the form of a simple Tumblr blog (which you can re-visit in the blog page).

Where did the name come from? It’s a small line uttered in the film ‘(500) Days of Summer’ which I love. It was simply said by Joseph Gordon-Levitt which I really liked and so we have the name I’m happily stuck with.

Now we are in 2012 and I’ve now moved off the tumblr platform to unveil this snazzy new website. I’ll be keeping the same methods and principles I used on the blog in terms of post structure. I don’t do film news, its a waste of time because there are much better sites for that. I will do film reviews (Cinema, LoveFilm, Netflix, DVD and Blu-ray), Features, Lists and Trailers.
